This week while walking at lunch, I was greeted with this happy sign letting me know there's a new vegan place in CLE - Helio Terra.
Formally the Titan Up Cafe, it's located in the Titan Gym on Prospect by the 5th Street Arcades. They are open Monday through Friday from 12-5pm. The mural depicts the name perfectly "Sun Earth" and draws your gaze away from the gym right to kitchen.
Right now the menu only includes smoothies and juice. The smoothies are 90% organic, made of whole ingredients and don't have any ice, water, sugar or other yucky stuff in them. Prices for the smoothies are between $7-9 based on the ingredients. I chose the Tropical Breeze ($7) and added flax seed. It was a tasty combo in spite of the date chunks that remained.

One of my favorite features that is in the works is the house fermented cabbage, pickled veggies and beansprouts. They also have Reverse Osmosis water to be used in their recipes as well as for drinking.
Their grand opening is May 22nd.
From 5 to 9 pm they are serving
complimentary samples
of smoothies, juice and food menus.
