There's a new Happy Hour in town and this one happens to be at one of my favorite spots, The Ritz-Carlton Cleveland. 

The OFF-THE-CLOCK HAPPY HOUR will be available on a first come-first served basis at the recently transformed Ritz-Carlton Monday through Friday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.
