Eat*Drink*Cleveland

A hungry girl's adventures in Cleveland and beyond.

My love of fresh juice is well-known. My hubby and I have done juice cleanses in the past and even received a juicer for a wedding gift (thanks Sarah & Julie!) I told you about Helio Terra recently too. So when I heard about a new juice bar opening within steps of my office, I was really excited. I now have three great options for fresh organic juice within walking distance of my office. I may need a second job to feed my juice habit...
Restore Cold Pressed opened this week with great success. On day two, they were sold out of juice! My visit was on day three and they were partially restocked.

The space has an urban rustic vibe that is warm and welcoming. The menu is broken down in categories to help make choosing easier. It features fresh cold-pressed juices, smoothies, coffee, avocado toast, a cold overnight oats bowl, an acai bowl, matcha tea and shots of wheatgrass, ginger or tumeric.

My first choice was the primal coffee. It's their version of Bulletproof. Made with local coffee from Duck-Rabbit, ghee (clarified butter) and coconut oil, it's blended until creamy and is a rich and surprisingly filling way to start your day. Consider me hooked.

I couldn't decide what juice to get so I took advantage of the small 8 ounce sizes and tried two: #2 from the Detox group (beet, lime, cucumber and parsley) and #10 from the Plant Fix group (grapefruit, pearl, kale, celery and cucumber.) Both combos were delicious.

I love the glass bottles that they come in. Just remember, do not just toss these beauties in the trash! In the future, they are going to give you fifty cents off your purchase when you return them to the store. Until then, you can reuse them (vase, store stuff in them, etc) or recycle.
Next time, I think I'm going to try the smoothie that comes in a coconut.

They also offer cleanse programs. With all the juice places popping up around Cleveland, it's really easy to upgrade your eating and add some extra healthy fruits and veggies to your diet.
