Christmas
I'm always a little hesitant to buy people Christmas themed items for Christmas, because once the holiday is over they get put away. And a lot of them are knick knacks or corny. How many kitchen towels with elves and bells on them do you need?
But I think an ornament is the exception because ornaments become treasured memories of years gone by that are used and appreciated every year. I have ones from when I was a baby, really ugly ones that my I made with my Mom, and super old ones from my grandparents' trees that are priceless to me.

I personally collect ornaments and have them from all over the place. But I don't want plastic or other junk that's made in a factory. I prefer handmade, locally made, and natural materials.
These ornaments from Wendell August are perfect!
