2022 Inspired Eating Challenge

Are you tired of the same old meals? Do you spend too much money on takeout because you can't stand coming up with dinner ideas? Me too!

Instead of a boring New Years resolution, I'm kicking off 2022 with a plan for some good times in the kitchen.

Join me as I explore new recipes and cooking techniques to make eating at home fun again. 

Instead of a daily meal plan, I am giving you a few recipes each month that you can add to your rotation. The idea is to have fun and not stress out about being tied to a set menu every week.

Don't like a recipe? Skip it! Feel free to make ALL the recipes or only the ones that your kids might eat. It's your kitchen - you are the boss!

What Is the Inspired Eating Meal Planning Challenge?

Every month, I am sharing recipes to inspire and help you spice up your meal planning. You might even learn some new techniques or try unfamiliar to you ingredients. I will provide at least one recipe per week with some more challenging or time-consuming bonus recipes that you can tackle on your day off or a weekend. 

Each month I am going to pick at least one recipe that uses an Instant Pot, air fryer, blender, slow cooker or dehydrator so we can get more use out of our appliances and justify the space that they take up in our homes.
