The menu was just announced and it's a perfect spring time feast!
Spring Pea Soup with ramp creme fraise and lemon oil
Mushroom Mousse with fennel cherry compote and grilled artisan bread
Goat Cheese Gnocchi with pork belly croutons, shaved asparagus, drunken fig
jam and pepper cress
Sous vide lamb loin with farro, fava beans, cauliflower and truffle
Baked apple barley puddin with cinnamon tuile and Snowville Creamery anglaise
It's all happening April 18th from 6 to 9pm at AMP 150.
