In addition to being in a super cool airport hotel dining destination, they also host special quarterly Harvest Dinners that celebrate the seasons and let them really show off what they do best.
I attended the fall dinner in September and was blown away! The food was AMAZING and I loved that it was served family style so we were able to taste everything. Plus cocktails are included for only $45 per person. Click here for the full menu - we ate all this YUM and more!
Suateed Bok Choy, Zucchini Noodles, Flat Iron Steak with Bacon Jam , Crispy Polenta Cakes and Tomato Tart |
Salad of Roasted Peaches, Speck, Almonds and Blue Cheese with Spicy Honey Viniagrette - I could eat this every day! |
Seared Bass, Pumpkin, Brown Butter, Mushrooms - sooo good!
