Eat*Drink*Cleveland

A hungry girl's adventures in Cleveland and beyond.

Sorry I've been behind - I was having technical difficulties with my phone's camera, and then was just too busy to even think about writing anything. Here's a little bit of what I've been up to:

1. Donut Fest - We had so much fun last year we couldn't wait to eat ALL the donuts again this year. It did not disappoint.

2. Making ravioli with my family. Have you ever made homemade pasta? It is so much fun and the results are unbelievably delicious!

3. Vodka Vodka. I didn't know what to expect and was sure it would be too young and crazy for us. Guess what? I was wrong! It was a blast! The DJ was amazing, there was a fashion show and we even hit a hookah. And honestly, how would an event with vats of vodka soaked fruit and gummy bears not be awesome.

4. The Super Bowl means Super Bowl parties! This year I brought the famous gas station hummus and antipasto skewers for the win.

5. Valentine's Day is the perfect excuse to be extra sweet to your sweetie. We never do fancy so our impromptu plans to take advantage of Happy Hour at Creekside in Brecksville was perfect! As a bonus, we ran into some friends. I love my hubby dearly but Buffy will always be my favorite Valentine.

6. Bonus - three visits to Playhouse Square in the past few weeks! My friend Lisa invited me to fill in for her hubby for Stomp and then my hubby and I saw Riverdance and Rent. All of the shows were a lot of fun. The highlights of the food for each visit were the soft pretzel at Bin 216 and everything at Mabel's.
