I think I might try to add a glasses mid-day when I'm normally hungrier. I had the hardest time with the beet juice but loved the rest. I found that adding a bit of ginger to the green juice made it even better.<br /><br />I only had the juices, no food, and I was never hungry. I was instructed to drink a glass of water in between each juice and a cup of hot green tea in the morning before the juices and I was so full with liquid, I couldn't even think about food. <br /><br />One major benefit, my skin looked AMAZING after. Just be careful transitioning back to regular food.
