Emerging Chefs ~ Piggy Stardust and the Flavors from Mars

The Emerging Chefs are back with their first summer dinner party of 2013. Combining food and rock, it's a true taste of Cleveland. 

A pop up restaurant will be created on 6/19 from 6:30 - 11 pm at the Beachland Ballroom where "a foodie celebration meets rock show dinner theater." 

Chefs Brian Doyle and Brian Rosander will be working their culinary magic at this fun filled feast. These two awesome Cleveland chefs pair up to present a far out menu with cocktail pairings:


Amuse - "Space Oddity"
Ground Control to Major Tom(ato), Astronaut Pork Ration, Lettuce Meteors
Course I - "I'm the Leader of the Gang"
Chive Crepe Cornette with Salmon Mousse/Paired with Grapefruit Mimosa
Course II - "Hero"
Deconstructed Gyro/Paired with Indigo's Blonde Bombshell
Course III - "Burn on the Flame"
Quail Egg Shashouka over Chilaquiles/Paired with Drunk Horchata
Course IV - "Brian & Brian Duo"
Barbecutie: Smoked Pork Belly with Asiago-Fig Ravioli
Some Cat from Japan: Steamed Pork Buns with House Kimchee
All paired with Weird & Gilly Lemonade
Course V - "Seven Seas of Rhye"
Bourbon Bread Pudding with Sassafras Chicken/Paired with Kentucky Mule
Course VI -Ballroom Blintz
Beachland's Homemade Ricotta-filled Crispy Blintz with Passionate One Sauce

You couldn't have an event at the Beachland without some awesome tunes! Piggy Stardust features music by Vanity Crash. This band started out portraying the The Angry Inch in Cleveland Public Theater's production of Hedwig and the Angry Inch and will be heading a dance party all night long.
